ACCOPROOF

Accoproof is an integral cement water proofing compound used as an admixture in concrete and cement mortar confirming to IS : 2645. Available in powder form.

Salient Features

  • Excellent water-repellent admixture which fills the pores in concrete or mortar.
  • Improves the durability of the structure.
  • Does not contain chloride.
  • Prevents/reduces sweating, efflorosence,saltpetre action through capillaries on the brick mortar walls.
  • Ensures water tightness in concrete.
  • Reduces/prevents corrosion of reinforcement in concrete.
Applications
  • Rendering/plastering work on all brick mortar walls.
  • All water retaining structures.
  • Repairing of dripping roofs/damp walls.
  • All roof concreting of residential and industrial structures.
Dosage
  • 1.0 kg per 50 kg bag of cement (2.0% by wt. of cement) for rendering/plastering.
  • For concrete, optimum dose depends on the type of mix, cement content and the required workability.
Packaging
  • Available in 1 kg. Pillow pack & 5 kg Carry bag.
  • Available in HDPE bags of 20 kg net for large requirements.
